Firerose EU Refund and Returns Policy

At Firerose Refund and Returns Policy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please read the following information to understand the process for returns, cancellations, and refunds.


1. Refund and Returns Policy Eligibility

You have 14 days Refund and Returns Policyfrom the date of purchase to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of placing your order to initiate the return process

3. International Order Cancellations Refund and Returns Policy

For international orders Refund and Returns Policy, please request cancellation immediately after placing the order. Orders are dispatched the next day at 4pm. Once the parcel leaves the UK, we cannot cancel it as it will be in transit.

If your international order has already shipped, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery: If you refuse delivery, UPS will charge us for the return. We will inform you of the return cost and deduct it from your refund.
  2. Return the item yourself: You are responsible for the shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance if the item is valued over £15.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids (for hygiene and safety reasons)

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If we approve your return, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will go to your original payment method (credit/debit card or other payment method), within a few business days.

If your refund is delayed, check your account and contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund posts. If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at [email protected].


6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.


7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Send the item to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.


9. Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • If you receive a refund, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount unless shipping was free or the order was not dispatched.
  • For returns from outside the UK, we do not refund shipping costs. If you refuse delivery (Return to Sender), you will bear the cost of return shipping via UPS.

10. Important Shipping Notes

For items valued over £15, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item if it is not traceable.
